Leadership and Educational Development Series
The MIIA EAP program has recorded five leadership and development videos with updated content which addresses topical and current challenges within municipal leadership.
Organizational Consultation
Municipal management has access to the AllOne Team for critical incident stress debriefing, conflict resolution services, customized training, expert consultation, and other services for organizational support. These services can be accessed by reaching out to the dedicated account managers for the MIIA EAP.

EAP MIIA Rewards Training List
MIIA Rewards Training List includes seminars and trainings for employees and/or supervisors. They are typically 60 to 90 minutes in length and can be adapted to meet your specific needs.
